1. What is your business schedule?

Monday - Friday : 8:00 a.m.  12:00 m. and 1:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 m. and de 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

2. Is there any place to keep my valuables? 

Meanwhile you're receiving the treatment, you can give your jewelry and personal ítems to your therapist and they will return it to you by the end of the service. But what we recommend the most, is to come without valuables. Pedisa is not responsible for any lost object. 

3. Can I use my phone while I'm receiving treatment?

For security politics, mobile phones are not allowed. If you need the phone to be connected, please keep it on silent mode. Allow yourself to enjoy your treatment without distractions.

4. What kind of outfit is the most appropriate to wear at the spa?

It depends on the type of service that you will receive. You can call us and ask before your visit or we have also disposable clothing appropriate to every situation for a small charge between $3 and $6.

5 . How can I book?

You can book online, at www.pedisaspacenter.com, by clicking the Book Online button, or you can call us at +5997174111 on our business hours.

6. By what time should I get to the spa?

You must be at the spa 10 minutes before your appointment time. Just so you don't delay next bookings.

7. How can I cancel my booking?

To cancel your appointment you should call us 4 hours before the time setted up. Just so we use that time to other customers. We wait for you to get to the spa until 15 minutes after the appointment hour. If you don't appear y that time, you lost all you're appointment rights and you have to book again.

8. Should I eat before the treatment?

Its is prohibited to eat or drink anything different to what we offer for free at the spa. We recommend to not receive the service with a full stomach or being drunk or drug. It's also prohibited to smoke inside the spa.

9. Should I add taxes to your prices?

Our prices have all taxes included

 

10. Can I tip?

The tip is not mandatory, but you can tip your therapist if you think that the service you received is worth it.

11. Can I choose my therapist?

We have professional therapist trained to give you the best service. If you want someone particularly, let us know it before your booking.

12. How should I pay? 

The payment will be done after the treatment. We receive cash, credit card, debit card and gift certificate. If the treatment has to be finished before the hour setted, for any reason not related with Pedisa Spa Center, there won't be any change in the original price.

13. What should I do if I have health problems?

If you have diabetes, hyper or hypotension, heart problems, allergies, if you're pregnant, if you have had surgery recently or you're taking medicines, please say it to our therapist before the treatment and at the moment of the reservation. In any case we recommend you to ask your doctor before you visit us.

14. What must I do to enjoy a massage?

  • While the massage you're body will be covered. If there is any massage that is not comfortable for you, let the therapist know it. You can ask to change the cabin temperature, the music, the pressure of the massage, or everything that you need to get the maximum comfort.

  • Inform the therapist about all your health issues, including injuries, cuts, rashes, etc.

  • Close your eyes, relax and breath deeply.

 

15. Can I take my children to the spa?
The spa is setted to  give our customers all the comfort and relaxing that is possible, not just in your body, but in your brain and your spirit. That's why we ask to all our users to kelp us keeping a quiet and clean environment. Children are not allowed except if they're are receiving treatment and in that case they should always be with an adult.
